Florida Sealcoat & Striping was founded in 2007 by Kamil, drawing on three generations of commercial paving experience. The early years focused on commercial sealcoating across Cape Coral and Fort Myers — building a reputation one parking lot at a time, two coats at a time.
The business grew through the 2010s as Southwest Florida's commercial property base expanded. New retail centers along Cape Coral Parkway. Medical complexes along Pine Island Road. Master-planned HOA communities across Naples, Estero, and Bonita Springs. Each project added to a body of work that established Florida Sealcoat & Striping as a trusted commercial provider across the region.
Today, Preston runs operations with the same standards Kamil established in 2007. The two-coat standard. The 24/7 answering service. The board-ready HOA proposals. The same family that started the company still runs it, with seventeen years of accumulated SWFL pavement expertise behind every project.
